2. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them
- Items must be in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been installed or used
- Items without original packaging or with damaged packaging
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Products marked as final sale
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund:
- Inspection typically takes 3-5 business days after receipt
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Refunds typically appear in 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is defective)
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different product or variant, please contact us at contact@trylumispace.com. We will arrange for the return of the original item and help you place a new order. If the new item has a different price, we will charge or refund the difference.
7. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:

- Provide photos of the defect or damage
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- We will cover return shipping for defective items
8. Warranty Claims
Our products come with manufacturer warranties. If you experience issues after the 30-day return period, you may be eligible for warranty service. Please contact us with your order number and description of the issue, and we will assist you with the warranty claim process.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
