How to Return an Item

- 2Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
- 3Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item with all original packaging and accessories
- 4Ship It Back: Send the package to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- 5Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
Important Notes
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
